How the Digi Dental AI receptionist works

Everything a practice owner asks before spending $2,000, on one page. Talk to the receptionist yourself, watch a real call end to end, see the dashboard you get, read the pricing in full, and go through every objection we have been handed. Nothing here is a mock-up.

Don't take anyone's word for it

Your phone rings. This answers it. Hear exactly what your patients will hear.

This demo is capped at 60 seconds so one visitor cannot run up the voice bill — the receptionist we set up for your practice has no call-length limit. Audio is processed by our voice AI provider. Privacy
A recorded call, start to finish: answered, questions handled, appointment booked.

What we configure before it answers a single call

  • Your services and your insurance list, answered in your own words, not a generic script.
  • Your calendar rules: which slots it can offer, how far ahead it may book, what it must never book.
  • Escalation: anything outside the script becomes a message flagged for your staff, never a guess.
  • Tested with you against real call scenarios before go-live. Nothing goes live that you haven't heard.

What you actually get

Every call, in writing, in your own dashboard

You are not handing your phone line to something you cannot see. Every call the receptionist takes is recorded, transcribed and timed, and you can read any of them back. This is the real console, not a mock-up.

Screens from the live console. Tall captures scroll inside their frame, so nothing is cropped.

Simple pricing. No surprises.

One setup fee. Usage billed at cost on your own account. Everything monthly is optional.

Setup, done for you
$2,000
one-time setup. Every practice starts here.
  • Voice AI configured to your practice
  • Google Calendar setup included, appointments written directly
  • Call scripting for your services and insurance FAQs
  • Testing, tuning, and go-live
Voice-AI usage is billed at cost on your own account with our voice platform. Digi Dental takes no markup on usage.
Care plans, optional
We keep it answering perfectly: monitoring, updates, and script tuning as your services, insurance list and hours change.
Google Calendar integration$149/mo
Practice-management (PMS) integration$299/mo
What you're paying for is the ongoing service, not the integration. Optional, no minimum term, cancel anytime. Skip the plan entirely and Google Calendar setup is still included with your setup fee, and your receptionist keeps answering either way.
What year one actually costs
$2,000 setup, once — or $1,000 up front on the split start. Then voice usage on your own account, at cost: roughly $60–$150 a month for a practice handling 300 answered calls. A care plan is optional at $149 or $299 a month.

Without a care plan that is about $250–$350 a month equivalent across year one, and year two costs only the usage. With the PMS plan it is nearer $460–$550. No markup on usage, and nothing else bills monthly.
Start for $1,000. The rest is on us until it works.

You pay the remaining $1,000 only once Denty books a real patient into your calendar, inside the first 14 days of go-live. If it doesn't, you don't. That's how sure we are.

Benny, founder of Digi Dental, who sets up each AI receptionist personally
Built by Benny
Founder, Digi Dental

Digi Dental is a one-person shop, on purpose. I build and tune every receptionist myself: your script, your insurance list, your calendar. When something needs changing you message me, not a support queue. The demo above is the same system I would configure for your practice, which is why I would rather you try it than take my word for it. Every setup is done personally, by me. If the receptionist under-delivers, you know exactly who to call — and the number is right here.

We wrote the long version

You've heard it. Now put it on your line.

$2,000 one-time setup, usage billed at cost on your own account. Start with $1,000 — the rest is due only once we book a real patient into your calendar within 14 days of go-live. If we don't, you don't owe it.

Most practices are live within 7 days of the onboarding call.
The clock starts once we have your services list, insurance list and calendar access.
